I have started riding my bike in order to get some exercise in. I love it! The first time I rode the bike my legs were killing me, and I only rode it down the street! After the first week my but bone was sore. The farthest I have ridden was 6 miles. I do that on the weekend. During the week I am up to 4 miles a day. I am about to increase it to 5 miles. I have no goal, I just ride till I feel like I can’t ride anymore. My bum doesn’t hurt anymore either!

I am not sure what I am going to do when the time changes, I have a 1/4 mile trail behind my house…I might ride that to complete some miles, or try a trainer…and Michael said something about getting a treadmill. So not sure what we might do on that note.

His 100 miler is almost a month away! Oof!
